As an instructional mentor and co-author of our school’s mentorship program, I’ve worked alongside new and experienced teachers alike. Through a variety of means, such as observation cycles, feedback conversations, and the ordinary work of helping someone find their footing, I have helped teachers transition and develop their craft.
